i wanted to come back here to start posting , or should i say re-start posting AGAIN and hopefully this will be permanent .
ok i know i`m gaining alot of weight BUT i stopped beeing silly and joined the calorie control diet meals, i took the 2weeks package which started in the 15th of this month, the last day will be the 29th, 1day before eid

i admit that i`m screwing up things and eating from here and there secretly i`m really not that committed person :\ and praying that in the end i`ll be in less weight than i`ve started
i started with 75,3 kgs. and over 38% body fat
i did some exercises few times but started yesterday REALLY exercising using this DVD
i`m doing the (3 miles including the hand weights) it contains the fastest mile , plus another fast mile, plus a mile using hand weights
then i do thighs and buns exercise from the 10minutes solution Pilates , but you can find the part i`m using in here

it KILLS, BURNS, HURTS, but i`m having big hopes using those two exercises and i`m giving my self 3 months in total to lose 15kgs :D
i`m having 1200calories a day, sometimes i dont like the included food so i replace it with something from home
i heard that green tea stops the weight loss so i`m replacing it with something else didnt decide what yet :\
i`ll be posting my daily routines hoping within 3 months from the start i`ll be different person .
